Introduction/Scenario case: Scenario: There is a large building service company named Iains and Co that is currently employing a team of IT technicians that are able to achieve their IT infrastructure and support from the IT users. Lately, the company has taken over a comparable small company which are also employing technical support staff in the exact way. Explain the features of a relational database: Relational database has several features one of them is that they have no duplicate tuples that have the same values for all the attributes, for example in any relation every row is unique.
